Heather is an award-winning business broker and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience, specializing in helping clients unlock business value and achieve financial freedom. A top 10% broker worldwide and holder of the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation, she has closed over $350 million in transactions. She is a leader in the industry and serves on the Board of the Directors for the CVBBA, serves on the IBBA IWEN committee, mentors new brokers, and helps shape the future of business brokerage.
 
Based in Charleston, SC, Heather's firm serves clients nationwide, focusing on industries such as technology, healthcare, finance, and retail. She brings more than 17 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate marketing, and consulting for global companies and small businesses alike.
 
An advocate for entrepreneurs, especially veterans and minority business owners, Heather is the founder of a Veterans Networking Group and mentors through the Good Enterprises Program. She has earned several prestigious awards, including: Top 10 Most Remarkable Brokers in the USA, the Impact Award from the NWBA, and Small Business Person of the Year locally.
 
Heather is a published author, a speaker at the ‘25 Global Power Summit for Women, the ‘25 IBBA Annual Conference, and an active community member. Outside of work, she enjoys kayaking, traveling, cooking, and painting. She is married with two sons and two rescue dogs.
